“Behold” is like “check this shit out” and probably doesn’t really go with proclamations about your lack of staying power. I think you might want to keep this to yourself and not be bragging about it.
But don’t stress it Jesus, lots of guys have that problem. Try thinking about old wrinkly nuns, or calculating batting averages, I hear that helps.
